Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and DevJK ("Company" or "Developer") regarding the HOME PT mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Health and Physical Safety Disclaimer

HOME PT is only a timer tool intended to support your workout flow and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or personal training under any circumstances. You are solely responsible for determining whether your physical condition and health status are suitable for any exercise performed through the Service, including routines you create yourself. You should consult a qualified physician or medical professional before starting any exercise program. The Company bears no legal responsibility for any injury, worsening health condition, physical harm, or property damage arising from or related to exercise performed using the app. All exercise-related risk remains entirely with the User.

2. Service Plans (FREE & PRO)

HOME PT offers both a free (FREE) plan and a paid (PRO) plan.

3. In-App Purchases and PRO Lifetime Purchase

All payments within the Service, including PRO purchases, are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and purchase entitlements are verified through RevenueCat.

4. User Accounts

To support safe data backup and synchronization, users may register through a social account or email account.

5. Account Deletion and Data Handling

Users may request deletion of their HOME PT account and associated data either inside the app or through the public web page.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the app, including its software structure, design, timer engine, pre-calculation logic, text, logos, and other assets, belong to DevJK. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without explicit authorization.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

The Company endeavors to provide stable service, but the Service may be temporarily interrupted due to inspections, replacements, failures, communication issues, or unavoidable technical circumstances. In such cases, notice will be given in advance where possible, or afterward when prior notice is not feasible.

8. Amendments to the Terms

The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Any revised Terms will be announced through in-app notices at least 7 days before the effective date, or at least 30 days in advance for changes that are materially adverse or otherwise significant to users.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute between the Company and a User shall be brought before a court with jurisdiction in the Republic of Korea.
